The Companies (Disclosure of Address) Regulations 2009 are amended as follows.

In regulation 9(1) (application by individual to make an address unavailable for public inspection), in sub-paragraph (c) at the end insert “ or under regulations made under section 1046 ”.

In regulation 11(1) (application by person registering charge to make an address unavailable for public inspection), in sub-paragraph (a)(ii) at the end insert “ or under regulations made under section 1052 ”.
