28. In section 16(10)(a)(iii) M1 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (exempt agreements: meaning of wholly-owned subsidiary), for “the Companies Act 1985” substitute “ the Companies Acts (see section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006) ”.
