34. In section 27(1) of the Welsh Development Agency Act 1975 (interpretation), in the definitions of “holding company”, “subsidiary” and “wholly owned subsidiary”M1, for “section 736 of the Companies Act 1985” substitute “ section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006 ”.
