Citation, commencement, interpretation and application1

These Regulations may be cited as the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 (Foreign Travel Notification Requirements) Regulations 2009 and shall come into force twenty-one days after the day on which they are made.

In these Regulations—
a
a reference to section 52 is a reference to section 52 of the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008, and
b
“the 2008 Act” means the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008.
