The Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Commencement No.8) Order 2009
Made
The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 170(3) and (4) of the Health and Social Care Act 20081 makes the following Order.
In accordance with section 172(5)(a) of that Act, the Secretary of State has consulted with the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety in Northern Ireland.
