Coming into force

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6(9)(b) and (c) and 6A(3)(b) and (11) of the Transport Act 19851 and section 5(1) of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 19812.

Representative organisations have been consulted by the Secretary of State in accordance with section 61(2) of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 19813.

The Secretary of State has consulted the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council in accordance with paragraph 24 of Schedule 7 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 20074.
