Amendment of the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006

12.—(1) The Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006(1) are amended in accordance with this article.

(2) In Schedule 2 (pension schemes) in paragraph 1(5) (interpretation) in the definition of “contracted-out rights”(2), omit “but not safeguarded rights (within the meaning of section 68A of the Pension Schemes Act 1993)”.
