Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 45(1) and 67 of the Disability Discrimination Act 19951 and by virtue of the Department for Transport (Fees) Order 20092.
In accordance with section 45(4) of that Act he has consulted such representative organisations as he thinks fit.
