141.  The Companies Act 2006(1) is amended as follows.

2006 c. 46. Schedule 2 was substituted by the Companies Act 2006 (Amendment of Schedule 2) (No. 2) Order 2009 (S.I. 2009/1208). Schedule 11A was inserted by regulation 8(2) of, and the Schedule to, the Statutory Auditors and Third Country Auditors Regulations 2007 (S.I. 2007/3494).
