Pensions Act 1995

21.  The Pensions Act 1995(1) is amended as follows.

1995 c. 26. Section 3 was substituted by section 33 of the Pensions Act 2004 (c. 35). Section 4(5A) and (7) were inserted by section 34(c) and (d) of that Act.
