32. The Immigration and Asylum Act 1999(1) is amended as follows.
1999 c.33. Section 89(2) was substituted by section 37(3)(a) of the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc) Act 2004 (c. 19). Schedule 7 was amended by paragraph 32 of Schedule 10 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (c. 15) and by paragraph 285 of Schedule 4 and paragraph 5 of Schedule 11 to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (c. 4).
