43. The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000(1) is amended as follows.
2000 c. 8. Schedule 13 was amended by paragraph 286 of Schedule 4 and paragraph 5 of Schedule 11 to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (c. 4) and paragraph 34 of Schedule 10 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (c. 15).
