Financial Services and Markets Act 2000

47.  In section 390 (final notices)—

(a) in subsection (1) for “period mentioned in section 133(1)” substitute “time required by Tribunal Procedure Rules”; and

(b) in subsection (2) for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b) a court on an appeal against the decision of the Tribunal,”.
