65.  In Schedule 4 (the Standards Board for England)—

(a) in paragraph 2(1)(c) for the words from “president,” to the end substitute “First-tier Tribunal under this Act,”;

(b) omit paragraph 6(4) and (5); and

(c) omit paragraph 8.
