93. The Gambling Act 2005(1) is amended as follows.
2005 c.19. Paragraphs 2 and 3 of Schedule 8 were amended by paragraph 43 of Schedule 10 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (2007 c.15). Paragraphs 3(3A) to (3D) of Schedule 8 were inserted by paragraph 39 of Schedule 1 to the Lord Chancellor (Transfer of Functions and Supplementary Provisions) (No 2) Order 2006 (S.I. 2006/1016).
