113. In regulation 15 (appeals)—
(a)in paragraph (1)—
(i)for “FHSAA” substitute “First-tier Tribunal”; and
(ii)omit “by giving notice to the FHSAA”; and
(b)in paragraphs (3), (4) and (6) for “FHSAA”, in each place, substitute “First-tier Tribunal”.
