omit sub-paragraph (b);

for sub-paragraph (c) substitute—

in section 133A omit subsections (1), (2), (3) and (5);
iv
in sub-paragraph (d) for “section 133(9)” substitute “section 133A(4)”; and
b
omit Part 2 (secondary legislation).
