In article 2 of the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council (Listed Tribunals) Order 200792 (list of tribunals) omit the entries relating to—
a
Case Tribunals, or Interim Case Tribunals, drawn from the Adjudication Panel for England;
b
the Claims Management Services Tribunal;
c
the Family Health Services Appeal Authority;
d
the Financial Services and Markets Tribunal;
e
the Gambling Appeals Tribunal;
f
the Immigration Services Tribunal; and
g
the Information Tribunal.
