Transitory provisions relating to guidance
13.—(1) Until guidance under section 6(5) of the 2010 Act (disability) comes into force, the guidance referred to in paragraph (2) has effect for the purposes of that section.
(2) The guidance is “Guidance on matters to be taken into account in determining questions relating to the definition of disability”(1).
(3) Despite its repeal by Schedule 27 to the 2010 Act, section 3 of the 1995 Act(2) continues to have effect, so far as it confers power to issue that guidance.
