4. In regulation 2(1) of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2004(2)—
(a)omit the definition of the “Disability Discrimination Act”;
(b)for the definition of “Equal Pay Act” substitute ““Equality Act” means the Equality Act 2010”;
(c)omit the definition of “Race Relations Act”;
(d)omit the definition of “Sex Discrimination Act”.
Regulation 2(1) was amended by S.I. 2004/2351, 2005/1865, 2006/680 and 2008/2683.
