The Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2004(1)

4.  In regulation 2(1) of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2004(2)—

(a) omit the definition of the “Disability Discrimination Act”;

(b) for the definition of “Equal Pay Act” substitute ““Equality Act” means the Equality Act 2010”;

(c) omit the definition of “Race Relations Act”;

(d) omit the definition of “Sex Discrimination Act”.
