18. In section 18 of the Childcare Act 2006 (meaning of childcare)(1), in subsection (8), in paragraph (b) omit “, “hospital”” and after paragraph (b) insert—
“(ba)“hospital” has the meaning given by section 275 of the National Health Service Act 2006.”.
