Consequential amendments4
In consequence of the repeal of sections 19B, 19D and 19E of the Race Relations Act 19765, in the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 20026—
a
omit section 6(1) to (4), and
b
in section 84(1)(b), omit “section 19B of the Race Relations Act 1976 (c. 74) or”.
