In Schedule 8 (events of disqualification) to the Electricity (Competitive Tenders for Offshore Transmission Licences) Regulations 2010(1), in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (e) substitute “doing anything which would constitute the commission of an offence under section 1, 2 or 6 of the Bribery Act 2010.”.
