The Equality Act 2010 (Work on Ships and Hovercraft) Regulations 2011

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 81, 207(1) and (4)(b) and 212(1) M1 of the Equality Act 2010 M2.

In accordance with section 208(4), (5)(c) and (8) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations was laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.
