3.   The reference to Annex 4 in the definition of “prior information notice” in regulation 3(1) has effect as if, in paragraph 7 under the heading “prior information notice” in that Annex, “dispatch” (in both places) referred to the submission of the notice to the UK e-notification service for the purposes of these Regulations.] U.K.
