Saving for section 4(4) of the National Audit Act 1983
6. Section 4(4) of the National Audit Act 1983(1) (expenses and accounts of National Audit Office) continues to have effect for the purpose of preparing resource accounts for the NAO, of the kind specified in that section, for the financial year that commenced on 1st April 2011.

1983 c.44. Section 4(4) is repealed by paragraph 13(1) of Schedule 5 to the Act, which is brought into force by article 5 of this Order.
