Medicines for Human Use (Prescribing) Order 2005

46.  In article 2(3) of the Medicines for Human Use (Prescribing) Order 2005(1) (exemption to the restrictions imposed by sections 7 and 8 of the Medicines Act 1968) for “section 2(3) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001.(2)” substitute “paragraph 2 of schedule 12 to the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010.”.
