Amendment of the Transport Act 1985 E+W+S

12.—(1) The Transport Act 1985 is amended as specified in sub-paragraph (2).

(2) In section 28 (power to disqualify PSV operators), in subsection (2)(b), for “section 14(4)” substitute “section 14(3)”.
