SCHEDULE 2 Further modifications having effect until the coming into force of section 1of the 2011 Act

75.  Paragraph 328 of Schedule 16 has the effect of inserting the new sub-paragraph (ca) (but not sub-paragraph (cb)) in paragraph 7(2) of Schedule 4 to the Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003(1) after the existing sub-paragraph (c) (which remains as before).
