Coming into force in accordance with article 1

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 90 and 95(2) of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 20051.

In accordance with section 95(4) of that Act, a draft of this Order was laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
