30. In Schedule 1 (modifications as applied to preserved right to buy) to the Local Government Reorganisation (Preservation of Right to Buy) Order 1986(1), in sub-paragraph (4) of paragraph 7 of Schedule 4 to the Housing Act 1985(2) inserted by paragraph 42(a) of Part 1, at the appropriate place insert “Canal & River Trust”.
