4.—(1) The Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries Act 1975(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In section 40 (River Severn)—

(a) for “the British Waterways Board” substitute “Canal & River Trust”;

(b) for “the Board’s” substitute “Canal & River Trust’s”.
