1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Localism Act 2011 (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional, Savings and Transitory Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2012 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2) In this Order, “the Order” means the Localism Act 2011 (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional, Savings and Transitory Provisions) Order 2012(1).
