17.—(1) Rule 20 is modified as follows.

(2) For the title substitute “ Corresponding number lists: proceedings on issue and receipt of ballot papers not combined ”.

(3) Before paragraph (1) insert—

“(A1) This rule applies where proceedings on the issue and receipt of ballot papers are not taken together by virtue of [F1 paragraph 29(1)] of Schedule 2 to this Order and regulation 65 of the 2001 Regulations.”
