Challenge of named voter53

A person must not be prevented from voting by reason only that—

a

any polling observer permitted to be present in accordance with rule 49(1) declares that the polling observer has reasonable cause to believe that the person has committed an offence of personation; or

b

the person is arrested on the grounds that the person is suspected of committing or of being about to commit such an offence.
