Alterations of register on day of poll60

The presiding officer must keep a list of persons to whom ballot papers are delivered in consequence of an alteration to the register made—

a

by virtue of paragraph 23 or 24 of Schedule 6, or

b

as a result of a decision on appeal under paragraph 29 of Schedule 6,

which takes effect on the day of the poll.
