Children Act 2004

18.  The Children Act 2004(1) is amended as follows.

2004 c.31. Section 20 has been amended by the Education and Inspections Act 2006, the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007, the Health and Social Care Act 2008, the Offender Management Act 2007 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2008, and the Local Education Authorities and Children’s Services Authorities (Integration of Functions) Order 2010 (S.I 2010/1158).
