45.  In paragraph 3(1)(d) of Schedule 1 to the Private Security Industry Act 2001(1) (the Security Industry Authority – membership), after sub-paragraph (d) insert—

“(da) a moratorium period under a debt relief order applies in relation to him (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986),”.
