14.  In paragraph 2(b) of Schedule 4 to the Education (Foundation Body) (England) Regulations 2000(1) (disqualification for holding office), for “or an interim order” substitute “or an interim bankruptcy restrictions order, or a debt relief restrictions order or interim debt relief restrictions order under Schedule 4ZB to the Insolvency Act 1986”.
