The Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Property Chamber) Rules 2013

After consulting in accordance with paragraph 28(1) of Schedule 5 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 M1, the Tribunal Procedure Committee has made the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 9(3), 22 and 29(3) and (4) of, and Schedule 5 to that Act, section 35(5) of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 M2, section 75(2) of the Agriculture Act 1947 M3 and section 110 of the Land Registration Act 2002 M4.

The Lord Chancellor has allowed the Rules in accordance with paragraph 28(3) of Schedule 5 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007.
