1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Crime and Courts Act 2013 (Commencement No. 2 and Saving Provision) Order 2013.
(2) In this Order—
“the Act” means the Crime and Courts Act 2013;
“the 2003 Act” means the Extradition Act 2003(1);
“High Court” has the same meaning as in section 216(9) of the 2003 Act.
