(a)after the entry beginning “An NHS trust” insert—
“A clinical commissioning group established under section 14D of that Act.
The National Health Service Commissioning Board.
The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence.
The Health and Social Care Information Centre.”,
(b)omit the entry beginning “A Primary Care Trust”, and
(c)omit the entry beginning “A Strategic Health Authority”.
