167.—(1) In regulation 1(2) of Health Research Authority Regulations 2011 M1 (interpretation), in the definition of “health service body”, after paragraph (e) insert—
“(ea)the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence;
(eb)the Health and Social Care Information Centre;”.
(2) This paragraph applies in relation to England only.
