The Delayed Discharges (England) Regulations 2003 M1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2 (interpretation), in the definition of “health service body”, omit paragraph (a).

Omit regulation 12 (lists of persons).

Omit regulation 13 (inclusion on and removal of a person's name from a list).

Omit regulation 14 (application for assistance with resolution of a dispute).

Omit regulation 15 (appointment of a panel to assist with resolution of a dispute).

Omit regulation 16 (procedure of the panel).

Omit regulation 17 (legal proceedings).
