Pension increase under the Pensions Schemes Act 1993 E+W

88.  Any increase of pension required by reason of Chapter 3 of Part 4 of the Pension Schemes Act 1993 (protection of increases in guaranteed minimum pensions: anti-franking) M1 must be paid from the appropriate fund held by the administering authority.
