Amendments to Schedule 2 to the 2004 Regulations

34.  In Schedule 2, in paragraph 5 (absent voters list), in sub-paragraph (5)—

(a) after “special lists,” insert “or at any time at the request of the local returning officer,”; and

(b) omit “wholly or partly”.
