Amendments to Schedule 2 to the 2004 Regulations

51.  In Schedule 2, in paragraph 69 (sealing of receptacles), in sub-paragraph (1)—

(a) omit paragraph (b); and

(b) in paragraph (d) for “spoilt and lost” substitute “spoilt, lost or cancelled”.
