Amendments to Schedule 3 to the 2004 Regulations

56.  In Schedule 3 (modification of European Parliamentary elections rules for combined polls)(1), for paragraph 8 of Part 1 (England and Wales), substitute—

8.  For paragraph (7) of rule 32 (equipment of polling stations) substitute the following—

(7) In every compartment of every polling station there must be exhibited the notice:

*PARLIAMENTARY ELECTION

Vote for ONLY ONE CANDIDATE by putting a cross [X] in the box next to your choice.

*EUROPEAN PARLIAMENTARY ELECTION
