These Regulations may be cited as the European Parliamentary Elections (Northern Ireland) (Amendment) Regulations 2013.

These Regulations come into force on 1st January 2014.

These Regulations shall have effect in relation to vacancies arising on or after the day on which they come into force.

These Regulations extend to Northern Ireland only.

In these Regulations, a reference to a numbered regulation, rule or Schedule means the regulation, rule or Schedule so numbered in the European Parliamentary Elections (Northern Ireland) Regulations 20046.
